Students and Recent Grads
We recruit from dozens of schools and universities around the world. Our goal is to attract hard-working and ambitious interns, co-ops, and graduates that are ready to make an impact at Dana while continuing to learn and grow in their chosen profession. We offer early career developmental- and rotational-level opportunities in accounting, purchasing, engineering, human resources, and manufacturing.
Through our internship and co-op programs, we provide opportunities for current students and recent graduates to participate in meaningful and challenging projects. They’ll gain exposure to day-to-day responsibilities and develop the necessary skills to start their journey as a future leader in our company.
