Annual Report 2020
As we emerge from a year that no one could have predicted, many unknowns remain. However, one thing is certain: Dana has strategically positioned itself for success as we move forward. In this report, we’re looking back at some of our biggest successes of 2020 and taking a glimpse into how they’re going to support an even stronger Dana in 2021 and beyond.
Vehicle electrification isn’t just a far-off ambition for the mobility industry. It’s right here, right now. And, Dana is delivering electrification now. Whether a vehicle developer is looking for individual components, modules, or complete, fully integrated electrified systems, we have the in-house capabilities to meet any electrification need. In fact, we are actively providing solutions for a number of innovative programs across all mobility markets.
Despite the many challenges that 2020 threw our way, we didn’t stop moving forward. Always working to be a step ahead, we continued to strategically build upon our foundation of success and position our company for growth in the years to come.
With a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility, we are committed to supporting our employees and the communities in which we operate to help ensure a brighter future. Not only are our electrified products helping to support emissions-free mobility, but we have also taken strategic steps to tangibly minimize our company’s environmental footprint, increase diversity and inclusion within our workforce, and improve the health and safety of our employees.
We’ve proven time and again that we don’t just reinvent parts to support the future of mobility, we are continually reinventing ourselves, too. We’ve taken strategic steps to augment our core capabilities to support all of our customers’ drivetrain and propulsion needs, regardless of the power source.
"It is the collective spirit of the Dana family that has me entering 2021 with confidence in our company’s future. I truly believe the future is Dana."
