Keith E. Wandell

Retired President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Harley-Davidson, Inc.

Keith E. Wandell is lead independent director of the Dana Incorporated board of directors. He has served on Dana’s board since 2008 and as non-executive chairman from 2016 to 2019.

Mr. Wandell served as president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc., a global motorcycle manufacturer, from 2009 to 2015 and as its chairman from 2012 to 2015. He previously served as president and chief operating officer of Johnson Controls, Inc., from 2006 to 2009, and executive vice president and president of the Automotive & Battery division from 2003 to 2006.

Mr. Wandell also served on the board of Constellation Brands, Inc., and is a past chairman of the board of Exide Technologies. Mr. Wandell is currently on the board of Dover Corporation.

He serves as chair of Dana’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
