Bob Pyle
Executive Vice President / President of Light Vehicle Drive Systems
Bob Pyle serves as executive vice president of Dana, in addition to his role as president of Light Vehicle Drive Systems, Dana’s largest business.
Bob joined Dana in 2012 as president of Dana Asia Pacific before being named president of Light Vehicle in 2014. He assumed responsibility for Dana’s global aftermarket in 2020. Prior to joining Dana, he served as general manager of a Visteon joint venture in China. In this role, he was responsible for the day-to-day management of Yanfeng Visteon’s operations, as well as product development and business strategy. Previously, Bob also lead Visteon’s Fluid Transport business unit, served as assistant division controller for the company’s Electrical and Fuel Handling Division, and was plant manager at two of Visteon’s plants in Michigan.
Prior to joining Visteon, Bob served as vice president of Corporate Development for ASIMCO Technologies, Inc., a privately held automotive components company based in Beijing. He began his career with Ford Motor Company in 1989 as a finance intern, working through a variety of operations and finance positions early in his career.
Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in finance from the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business.
