Dana Transitioning to Sell and Market Independently

As announced on December 5, 2011, the marketing relationship between Dana and Eaton will end by the middle of 2012. In the months ahead, each company will be preparing to sell, market, and service customers independently.
 
Dana has determined that going to market independently will afford it greater opportunity to communicate with customers directly and to better understand their needs.  This closer, direct relationship with customers will, in turn, provide the foundation for innovation and technology in Dana’s core products – axles, driveshafts, wheel end, and tire management systems.

Dana and Eaton are both committed to making this a seamless transition for our valued customers.  Eaton will continue to provide Roadranger field services and support for Dana and Eaton products through by the middle of 2012, after which Dana will have the support systems in place to effectively service and support you independently.
