Dana has perfected manufacturing, design, and testing procedures to produce compact, hydrogen reformer subsystem modules for generating in-situ hydrogen fuel for small stationary and auxiliary power unit fuel-cell systems. With full thermal integration and reduced component complexity and cost, we offer advanced high durability solutions, from single heat exchanger units to integrated catalytic reactor vessel assembly.

Customization

Custom design and assembly are available to meet specific OEM requirements for “hot tower” sub-assemblies, including integrated thermal-management and catalytic reactor vessels, catalyst assembly integration, sampling ports, burners, and pre-heaters. From prototype to production, our full range of quality assurance ensures all parts meet OEM requirements.
