Dwayne Matthews serves as president of Power Technologies for Dana Incorporated and leads Dana customer centricity strategy.
Dwayne began his career with Plumley Companies in 1983 as a quality engineer before being promoted to supervisor in the material mixing and molding area at Dana’s Paris, Tenn., facility. Between 1983 and 1987, he held a number of manufacturing management positions before relocating to Detroit, Mich., to serve as a sales engineer. Dwayne subsequently held positions of onsite engineer, account manager, and sales manager before returning to Paris in 1996 as vice president of Sales for the Plumley Division. In 1998, he assumed additional responsibility for Plumley's engineering team and worked as acting general manager for the Plumley Division. In 2000, he served as director of Global Sales and North American Application Engineering for the Sealing Products group. In 2006, Dwayne was appointed vice president of Operations and Sales for Sealing Products Group - North America, and in 2009, he was named vice president of the newly created Power Technologies Group.
Dwayne graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a degree in engineering.
