Douglas H. Liedberg serves as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Dana Incorporated. Reporting directly to the president and CEO, Doug oversees all of Dana’s worldwide legal affairs, including Risk Management and Corporate Communications.
Doug first joined Dana in 1999, before leaving the company in 2001 to serve as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the Dentons law firm advising a wide range of clients with a focus in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Doug rejoined Dana in 2004, serving in the role of senior counsel for mergers and acquisitions until his promotion to associate general counsel in 2008.
He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School; an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, with a minor in business administration from Rockford University.
