Our Returnship Program is designed to welcome back experienced finance professionals who have voluntarily taken a step away from the workforce for more than two years due to raising a family or taking care of a parent; a Returnship is a unique opportunity to learn new skills and sharpen others. All positions have up to a six-month duration, and upon successful completion of the program, a full-time employment offer could be made.
This is a great opportunity for participants to confidently leverage their skills in a supportive environment.
The Returnship program offers professionals a challenging, work experience and finance-specific projects for up to a six-month period. Professionals will also be given normal day-to-day responsibilities in their department to allow them to experience the work and assess their interest in Dana. In addition, senior-level mentors will be assigned to the professional.
