Jeff Bowen serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Dana Holding Corporation. In this capacity, he oversees all Human Resources (H.R.) activities, corporate and government affairs, marketing communications, and worldwide facilities.
Bowen came to Dana from Navistar, Inc., where he most recently was a Vice President responsible for integrating Navistar’s Product Development team with its World Headquarters in Lisle, Illinois. Prior to this role, Bowen held various H.R. and operations positions over his career with Navistar, JLG Industries, Allied Signal/Bosch, and BorgWarner. Through the course of Bowen’s career, he’s been responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including performance management, compensation and benefits, health and safety, labor and employee relations, employee and organizational development, culture change, and strategic planning. Bowen also has operations experience, most recently as vice president, general manager of DealCor responsible for managing and divesting the Navistar-owned $1.5 billion dealership portfolio.
Bowen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 1981 and a master’s degree in business administration from Syracuse University, with an emphasis in human resources and operations management.
