The Diversity Executive
Advisory Council (DEAC) serves as Dana's resource for
the development of diversity policies and practices.
Led by Director of Diversity Victor Asante, the DEAC
is responsible for guiding Dana's diversity strategy and
policy development, leadership education and training,
assessment and measurement, and related communications.
The DEAC networks with other Dana diversity councils in
pursuit of these objectives. |
