against heat and noise in the engine and exhaust
areas, on the vehicle floor and other fitting places
in the vehicle. In short, in all places where it is
hot and loud. We equip all systems individually with
the accessories necessary for the functions
specified. This ranges from an intake-air pre-heater
with integrated exhaust manifold gasket to special
damping elements and various holder systems. In
addition, our shields feature a fully-hemmed
perimeter.
Our application engineers work in project teams in
association with developers, designers, production
and quality planners, logistics specialists and
commodity managers. Our finite elements method (FEM) team provides
modal analysis (vibration) and stamping analysis if
required. FEM dispenses with the empirical approach
when drafting new systems resulting in shorter
